Ok so your BIG event is over! All that's left to remember your special day is your memories, video and of course your pictures. For Weddings there are some photographers that will provide you a wedding album as part of your package but some may not include this and will provide you with the digital images instead. Even if you do get an album as part of your package you cannot forget about your Parents! There are several online sites that can assist you with creating custom albums at an affordable price. We recently used this great site "Blurb" to create an album to display all the great weddings we have done this year for our Bridal Show. Blurb allows you to create an album that fits your needs and budget with lots of options. You can do a soft cover book to a hard cover book with a dust jacket or a wrap around image like you see in the more modern albums. They give you the option to use Premium Paper at an extra cost as well as using a custom logo. Page counts can go from 20- 440 pages so you can go wild with your pictures! This is also a great idea if you want to create your own guest book for your wedding with images that can usually cost a lot when done by a photographer but you can make your own with pictures that you have already for a great price. This is a great way to personalize your Guest Book Sign in! See some samples below of a Wedding Album & Guest Book. check out their website for more samples, this is great for any occasion! Have Fun!!

Want to do something different for your centerpieces? Maybe you're a DIY Bride? Well a great idea would be to consider using Fruit in your centerpiece! If you are looking to keep the cost down on the centerpiece consider using only fruit and no flowers, this is very modern and fun! Below are a few ideas for you to consider. This idea works great for an outdoor event and all white weddings where you may want to bring in a pop of color. Fruit can also be used as your place card holder, this is a fun and unique idea!
Remember DIY Brides you don't want to be doing any type of prep work on centerpieces on your wedding day so consider hiring a Wedding Planner ( Pure Ambiance!) and we will take care of all your ideas and execute them exactly as you envision them to be! It's your day to relax and enjoy every minute, let us do the running around and prep for you!
Pure Ambiance recently did a featured editorial for OneWed's website on "Top Tips on Reducing Your Wedding Cost" . Check out their site for the article and for some great advice on how to plan the wedding of your dreams without sacrificing your wallet. Enjoy!Round paper lanterns these are great and they come in all colors! Even just using them in all white and variety of sizes adds a romantic ambiance to your event. These are available through Beau Coup which you can access right from our blog, they also come in 3 different sizes. A few things to consider is the size of the space, also hanging the lanterns at different lengths adds more depth. You can also purchase all white lanterns and if you choose to light them you can use a colored light bulb to add a hint of color in a subtle way! Can't afford to buy these lanterns, check out this link from Wedding Paper Divas on DIY for round lanterns http://blog.weddingpaperdivas.com/diy-divas-string-theory-pendant-lamps/

Luminaries are a great choice as well, especially paper ones if your on a budget! This is a great way of lighting a path for outside even if your event is inside you can use these to decorate the outdoor paths that lead inside into your event. These also look beautiful lighting the aisle that you will walk down, along with beautiful rose petals. They can also be used as a centerpiece! These can definitely be a DIY project or they can also be purchased and you can also buy them or make them with a cut out design! Your wedding day decor is one of the most important aspects of your day. We feel this is the best opportunity you have to express your style as a couple! Not all future brides are into the flowers, and some of us just cannot afford to spend thousands of dollars on flowers! Well I have found a fun alternative, may not be for everyone but it's definitely fun and different. Recently I have seen a few postings online about Button bouquets and centerpieces. Buttons?? Yes buttons you use on your clothes. Well I don't know about you girls but I used to collect all kinds of weird and pretty buttons when I was little! Take a look at a few bouquets and centerpieces I came across, these are also great for your other events like your bridal shower. Below are also the links to the designers! Enjoy.....
