TIME: Planning a wedding takes a lot of work and time! There’s so much to do, too many things to think about, countless things to remember, endless phone calls to make, a crap load of stuff to research, and let’s not forget, trying to figure out the right questions and answers you should ask each vendor, trying to get the best deal possible, without knowing if it truly is the best deal, reviewing contracts, trying to come up with some sort of unique ideas to set your wedding apart from all the others, and much more… whew! I’m pooped! Not everyone has this kind of time with work, school, life, and of course, trying to enjoy their engagement! For some, they may have the time, but just don’t want to deal all this stuff and with the stress that often comes with planning a wedding. For others, they just don’t think of themselves as being organized enough to keep up with everything. How many people do you have on your Team and what is your experience?
We are a fun Team of five, with several years of planning and design experience. We all got into the business for the love of planning, designing, and of course working with wonderful couples! Even during challenging times, we always find a way to see the good in the situation and laugh about it somehow, which really serves as the foundation for creating the fun planning experience and spectacular weddings that we provide to each and every client. I already have a Bridal Attendant/Coordinator at my venue; do I really need a Wedding Planner?
Yes, you do! At a banquet facility/hotel, the Attendant/Coordinator is there to handle all details pertaining to the facility. With Pure Ambiance, your services could include budget management, finding vendors and negotiating contracts, complete event design, honeymoon planning assistance, and much more. With all of our packages, we will create a customized itinerary for your day, contact your vendors to ensure everything will go according to plan, run your rehearsal, provide complete wedding day coverage, and more. We will set up the ceremony and reception site to make sure that every detail is just as you want it. You are in constant contact with us, so we know exactly how you want things handled. Not to mention, you have a friend and expert that will always be there! The Attendant/Coordinator services do not include any of the above mentioned. The benefits of our services are invaluable; just take it from those who have found this to be true, our past clients.


I’ve heard Planners are expensive, how much do your packages/services cost?
This is at the top of the list for commonly asked questions and we totally understand why. We could ramble on about how “Wedding Planning is an invaluable service”, blah blah blah, but we won’t. Don’t get us wrong, it is true, but that’s not what you want to hear! We’re not sure that this is what you want to hear either, but it certainly has helped other clients who had the same question… In order to provide accurate pricing information, a complimentary “Get Acquainted” consultation is needed to find out more about your dream wedding, what it entails, and all the other important details. These factors all help determine pricing. We can assure you that we have worked with clients who’s total wedding budgets have ranged from $15,000 to WELL over $300,000! Is it REALLY necessary to come in for a consultation?
Yes! Don’t be afraid =) Our “Get Acquainted” consultation will give us the opportunity to clearly understand the vision you have for your wedding day. It also helps us to evaluate your planning and design needs. Figuring out exactly what your needs are, allows us to provide accurate recommendations of services and accurate pricing for the specific package needed. What if I need more time for planning than your package(s) provide?
No worries! We can always add extra planning time to our packages, to address any areas of concern. We’re here to make this planning experience what you deserve, so whatever your needs are, we are happy to oblige!


Do you take on more than one wedding per day?
No, we do not. We need to be able to give you the complete attention and wonderful service you deserve, so concentrating on you and your needs, on your day, is key!


Do you accept credit cards and what is your payment structure?
Yes, we do! There is a processing fee associated with payments using credit cards. The payment structure is based around the specific details of your wedding. However, our clients are typically set up on a monthly payment plan.


Are you able to provide additional services besides those listed?
Absolutely! Remember, we are here for you, so whatever your needs are we will be sure to accommodate.


I love everything I’ve seen, but what sets you apart from all the other planning companies out there?
We always make your wedding and your needs a priority. Responding to your emails, phone calls, and text messages within a timely manner is important to us. Getting your to-do’s taken care of, is never something that takes months and months to happen. That’s because we do not overextend ourselves with too many weddings/events that hinders the attention and commitment you deserve. We have been praised by clients who have had a previous Planner who wasn’t able to provide them with the attention and service they deserve, because they just didn’t have the time. That will never be the case with Pure Ambiance. We take your wedding seriously and it always shows.


We custom design our weddings based on you! Each of our weddings contains unique design elements that reflect many factors about who you are, because it should! Afterall, it’s your wedding. We never forget that it is your day. So, although we will always be honest with you, we will never let you lose control or the vision that you had for your wedding day. If we did, we wouldn’t be doing our job.
